These terms apply to Bolchaal, operated by Trei. By using Bolchaal you agree to them.

The service

Bolchaal is a free educational tool to help you practise spoken English. It is provided free of charge, as is, and features may change as the product develops.

AI feedback may be imperfect

Corrections, transcripts and tips are generated by an AI teacher and may occasionally be wrong, incomplete or oddly phrased. Bolchaal is a practice tool, not a certified English course or exam-prep service — use your own judgement, especially for important situations like a real interview.

Your account

Bolchaal signs you in anonymously with no name, email or phone number. You can delete all of your data at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bolchaal to send abusive, illegal or harmful content, to attempt to break the service, or to extract data you have no right to.

No warranty and liability

Bolchaal is provided without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Trei is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on the app's AI feedback.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
